नियम :- 1. इस काल के वाक्यों की Passive voice बनाते समय I, HE,SHE,IT व SINGULAR NOUNS के साथ सहायक क्रिया WAS का प्रयोग करते हैं।
नियम :- 2.इस काल के वाक्यों की Passive voice बनाते समय YOU,WE,THEY , PLURAL NOUNS के साथ सहायक क्रिया WARE का प्रयोग करते हैं।
1. Active : You gave me a book yesterday .
Passive : A book was given me yesterday by you .
2. Active : We learnt our lesson.
Passive : Our lesson was learnt by us.
3. Active : The police caught the robbers.
Passive : The robbers were caught by the police.
4. Active : Geeta sang a song.
Passive : A song was sung by Geeta.
5. Active : She wrote a letter to her parents.
Passive : A letter was written to her parents by her.
6. Active : You did not teach him.
Passive : He was not taught by you.
7. Active : I did not drive a car.
Passive : A car was not driven by me.
8. Active : Did Nitin not play hockey?
Passive : Was hockey not played by Nitin?
9. Active : Did the postman give you a letter?
Passive : Was a letter given to you by the postman?
10. Active : Why did Ravi called you at station?
Passive : Why were you called at the station by Ravi?
